Internet Broadband service in Kemble
The Parish Council (PC) have had several reports recently of problems with the Broadband service we have in Kemble.
It frequently runs slowly and can completely drop out altogether.
To try to assess the scale of the problem, we are asking those who use the phone-line based broadband, to let the PC know of their experience.
We are hoping to gather enough data to ensure that OpenReach resolves the issues we identify with the service provided.
